Chapter 5, Season 2 kicked off with the 'Oracle's Snapshot' challenges, followed by 'Aphrodite's Snapshot' quests, and then 'Cerberus' Snapshot' just a couple of weeks ago. Players needed to undertake various missions to earn the favor of the gods who now dominate the Fortnite landscape. Today, Epic Games has released the final batch of narrative quests from the 'Myth and Mortals' questline, titled 'Medusa's Snapshot'. One of the tasks in this quest involves 'Destroy Crackling Hourglasses to Weaken Zeus's Stormforged Hourglass.' In this guide, we'll pinpoint the exact locations of these Hourglasses to save you the trouble of searching for them.

Every Crackling Hourglass Location in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2

Once you complete the initial five stages of Medusa's Snapshot challenges, your next task is to 'Destroy Crackling Hourglasses to Weaken Zeus's Stormforged Hourglass.' You'll find five Crackling Hourglasses dispersed across the Fortnite map, with three in Named Locations and two in various Landmarks. Here’s your guide to locating and destroying each one.

The first Crackling Hourglass is located at the Fencing Field POI. Upon arriving, head to the east border where you'll discover an opening with a basement door. Proceed to the end of the hallway and enter the Vault Door on the right. The first Crackling Hourglass is in the right corner, next to the book cabinet.

The second Crackling Hourglass is located at the Restored Reel Named Location. It sits between two benches inside the larger building on the north side of the POI.

You'll find the third Crackling Hourglass within the Summit Temple Landmark, a small landmark northeast of Mount Olympus. Enter the larger temple there, and the Hourglass will be hidden behind two boxes in the right corner.

The fourth Crackling Hourglass is at the Pantheon Path Landmark. As you ascend the stairs, you'll spot it on the ground next to a statue and a vase.

The final Crackling Hourglass is at the north side of Brawler's Battlegrounds. However, you only need to destroy three Hourglasses; after which, the remaining two will disappear.
